Florentine has many features that make it such a great place. A place that Rafi - the founder - together with his friendly and professional staff have created and ever since maintained. One of them is Florentine's rooftop that has earned itsel.

Whether you've been traveling around Israel for months, weeks, days, or have just arrived, the staff is ready to show you all you need to know about the city and getting around (in and outside of Tel Aviv). Upon arriving, they'll usually give you a map of Tel Aviv and immediately start marking it up with good restaurants, markets, and places that are open on Shabbat (super helpful!) There are all sorts of sleeping arrangements to fit everyone's needs: private rooms, mixed d. since the minute I got in I was so welcome! I felt like joining into big friends community. I came for one night and stayed 4! they served a small breakfast although they didn't write about it, and most of the time they even served a small dinner for free. staff and the guests were amazing! everything you asked you got. the place is super clean , although, doesn't look new, ( except the bottom floor) and they had lockers for free . free coffee and tea a good wifi as well.. locations was exel. The most amazing experience I've ever had! I didn't expect that it would be so great! As soon as I arrived I got into a friendly atmosphere, met a lot of new interesting people. Special thanks to the most hospital and helpful staff - Ron and Nataly! The room was modest and very clean with a comfortable bed and fresh bed linen. They serve breakfast and there's a kitchen with everything necessary for cooking. A very good location, less than 10 min walk to the beach, 15 min to the city center and . The hostel is very clean due to volunteers that live there for free and clean all day. Sheets and towels are cleaned every day. The roof top is a highlight, you can sleep there for about 12 Euros or in a dorm for about 19 Euros. Every night Stas, a Russian, cooks food for everyone for about three to four Euros. Also almost every night the staff takes hostel guest out to very good parties where hostel guest usually get in cheaper. Florentin Hostel is located right near the bar area of Florentin . air conditioner very well working. i was in the private room (no sharing toilet, no dormitory). There were no noises at all, you could sleep whenever you want. From the railstation, and there from the bus station, you just go to Salama street (it's written in 5 ways, but it is very famous and people speak english and indicate it to you) and walk for 10 minutes. very easy. It is just 1 block away from the Bloomfield Stadium where i saw Barbra Streisand !. Considering that Florentine Hostel offers the cheapest accommodation in town, you really get value for your money. Plus, the staff and volunteers are very accommodating and flexible, and available around the clock, feel free to ask for their help with anything! Very affordable dinners/BBQs are organized on an almost daily basis, and the general feel on the terasse is cozy. Before I came I called the hostel and Ana was very helpful giving me great information. When I arrived Nathalie was also very nice. The bed and pillow were confortable, the door good quality (not noisy). The big terrasse is a perfect place to meet people from all over the world. I could walk anywhere from there hostel very easily. They organised something everynight. -Located in a industrial part of the Tel-Aviv, was a bit scared hanging around, however it is safe and hostel inside is new and clean. -Nice atmosphere, friendly and helpful staff. -Rooms are clean and quitenice. -Nice view from the balcony, -Small breakfast which I didn't suppose to be, coffee, tea for free -Worth to stay for this price, -Close free outside parking. Very good atmosphere and very kind and helpful staff. The street and the hostel from outside looks quite unattractive and unsafe, however the hostel inside is really nice, clean and comfortable (however, I stayed in private double room). As it is in walking distance from Jaffo and the city promenade, this hostel is definitely an extremely good value for the money... Very nice, helpful staff, good location (convenient to visit Jaffa). The hostel has a small kitchen , a great roof terrace where you can meet people from all over the world. The rooms have air conditioning which is very useful for the hot summer days! The hostel is probaly the best choice in Tel Aviv if you are on a budget!. Staffs were so friendly and nice to me. Other guests were nice people as well. Room, bed linen were clean. Get a single rooms with your own shower, it is much better than the dorm rooms. In a very convenient place of the Tel Aviv Jaffa city，just twenty minutes walk to the old city and the beach. So only take one stop on the train 30 NIS to get to there. Nice people and a nice hostel in Tel Aviv. Although the room was small it was ok. The Hostel is in a good position. They have a good rental bike shop they work with. some days it was a bit noisy from the street, but it didn't bother me and I didn't like the guy who left a bad review about not having a/c and electricity! he just didn't read the signs, and didn't ask reception( using the russian magic belll..hahaha :-) ) for help....I heard the owner talk about it . sorry I am baised! he realy is a good guy!. The showers/bathrooms and kitchen may be a bit cramped at times, although guests tend to be very friendly to each other and generally don't seem to mind. Also, the place tends to attract very young guests sometimes (with everything that this implies), which I guess is not really an issue if you are one of them. Don't forget to tell people the new price when you adapt the number of persons in the dorm. around the hostel seemed not safe. but it was ok to walk by my self during night time. little far away from central city. Mixed gender dorms/showers make for uncomfortable situations. Busy shower/bathrooms sometimes required wait. No closet in the double-economy room. The only good place to add the number of kitchen stoves in the kitchen. Nothing. A bit noisy in the morning. The hostel is located in a rather shabby neighborhood and also quite far out from the city. I have just stayed one night there, so really not much time to talk to other people in the youth hostel. too few shelves and hooks for clothes in a room for two. Separate rooms are adjoined with a public hall and you will hear everything from there. Rooms are rather small and it is noisy in the morning. windows in the dorms face a noizy road,so if you like to sleep in silence - book a private room - that's also possible in the hostel. The neighborhood - it looks more like industrial district and less like residential one. Too far from the train station. If you value peace of mind and clean toilets, maybe look for a different place. But that's boring ;). Nothing to complain about!. nothing. The walls were quite thin and we could hear the noise of cars throughout the night. We had 2 days internet connection but 2 days not. Hot water was not available on 23.12.2013 at 03:00 o'clock. Everything was good, it is a backpacker Place though no fancy hotel. the outside looks a bit dodgy but its fine. The room was a bit dusty and the sheets were not totally white anymore... The place is not clean enough. Too expensive. not good value for money.
