The security of the car park was important, plus the fact that the hotel cancelled the ticket charge on departure, unlike a top hotel in Belfast. I arrived later than planned and was grateful to be able to obtain something substantial to eat, without using room service. Rappor with staff was great and customer service shone. Magnificent room. Price included a restaurant-style breakfast-to-order. Everything elegant and luxurious. Extra-friendly staff. Short walk to the 41 bus to the airport. A delight. Outstanding value.

The lunchtime carvery is delicious. The town of Swords has a shopping mall and is only a 15 min bus ride from the airport. Staff are extremely pleasant and helpful. They gave me a jug of fresh milk each night for my endless cups of tea! Would certainly recommend this hotel.The whole experience of the hotel was brilliant bar one incident. The rooms were very tastefully decorated and comfortable. The reception staff were curtious and helpful throughout the stay. The warmth and friendliness of the staff at the reception and in the dining/bar facilities was very pleasing. Hotel is well presented and well situated. The Hotel appeared a comfortable place. I had omlette for breakfast which I found to be slightly overcooked anddry. The orangejuice was too sour. I'm a cold person,so I like heavy blankets on my bed,I know you have the heating,but it's not the same. noise from bar. The pillows felt like they were made of concrete.There was one inncident with a member of staff in the resedents bar in which the staff member verbally assaulted my freind who was holding a function in the hotel that night after he asked would it be possible to have a tray to carry the four pints of water he requested. The matter is being investigated at the moment. The rest of the staff however were pleasant, fiendly and had a very welcoming. The "music" area could be better sound-proofed so as not to disturb the sleeping quarters. The music can go on quite late.Late night music was distracting. everything was ok except heating should change rooms was very cold. The signs for the room location can be a bit confusing. Breakfast staff had poor english and weren't able to keep on top of their customers or the orders (nothing to do with language difficulties but more so ineptitude). Breakfast (when it arrived) was poor. I ordered fried eggs on toast. The toast arrived as per table serving you would expect at breakfast. The solitary fried egg came atleast 10mins later and without toast! Glad i wasn't too hungry!. Bathroom was sub standard. it was hard to find the entrance. There was a lot of noise from a perty accross the car park and didn't stop until well after 3 a.m. The receptionist didn't know about any functions. Put into smoking room for non smoking room. Still smell of smoke and on bedclothes. Heating poor especially bathroom. Rooms cold. My fault probably, but the bad odour of smoke in the bedroom was very strong. There was a problem about the residents bar being made available to the party I was part of . Other people were given access (non residents) and which caused our party to break up. The ability to listen and take heed should be one of your considerations to change as regards the staff.We had to leave the function room (wedding) through a door that led to the grounds and could not get to our room without proving we were guests. the doormen approached this in a very polite manner but I did not find this an acceptable policy. staff who did not seem to understand english. Disco I was not made aware of that finished at 12.30. Noise levels on the Saturday night were intolerable. This came from the nightclub, the function suite and other guests. There was a wedding reception with a disco until 1am and my room was immediately above it. Not good for a business guest waking at 7am for work the next day.

The award-winning Courtyard Restaurant serves a variety of menus, from an excellent-value table d'hôte to extensive à la carte menus. An early bird menu is available from 17:30 to 19:30, Sunday to Thursday (17:30 to 18:30 Friday-Saturday). The spacious, fully licensed bar and lounge area has relaxing seating, flat-screen TVs showing all major sporting events, and complimentary wireless broadband access. A carvery is served daily from 12:00 to 15:00, and bar food from 15:00 to 21:00.

Important information to guests

For all bookings, a credit card will be requested on check-in. If a guest does not possess a credit card, a security deposit of EUR 100 per room will be requested. When a cash deposit is give, guests will also be required to provide valid photo ID at check-in (e.g. passport or drivers license). The deposit is refunded at check-out once an inspection has been made.
