We are just back from a one nights stay at the Radisson Blu. We had a lovely time and I would definitelt recommend to my friends. My youngest loves to swim so she just loved the pool. If you want to relax I would recommend the spa it's amazing. Thankyou for a wonderful stay. Very comfortable room, excellent staff and great leisure centre.

We had an extremely relaxed and enjoyable short break at the Radisson, Sligo. The hygiene and comfort of room was great. Breakfast offered a good choice and was tasty. Staff very approachable and helpful.The fact that smoking rooms were available; this was a major reason for choosing the hotel. the spa was very relaxing and friendly, and every part of our stay was great and relaxing.Leisure facilities were very good. Hotel was clean and staff very friendly. The staff are very professional and friendly. Access -- parking facilities --location. very modern and comfortable.The restaurant was lovely even though it was a bit pricey, but would definitely recommend it. The bed was also very comfortable. luxury beds, great facilities and many more. excellant breakfast. Swimming Pool. Just a few minutes drive from Rosses Point and a few minutes drive to Sligo town centre. Good selection of shops and coffee shops although euro prices quite high. The only negative would be having to pay 8 euro for a childs breakfast, especially if you have more than one child. The food served in bar was very disappointing unfortunately. Although the standard of the food was excellent, I would have liked to see more use of local produce - fish and good quality Irish cheese in particular.The water in the taps was contaminated due to a problem with the local supply and we were advised not to drink it, wash in it or brush teeth etc. However there was no alternative water supply available. A bottle of water from the bar cost €6. Luckily we had our own bottled water in the car which was used but I'm sure there were others that did not have this luxury. no. large stain on bedroom carpet and also a burn mark on the carpet perhaps by clothes iron. The bathroom door would not close properly and the chain on the door of our hotel was broke so we couldn't lock it. Also the view wasn't great as we were looking out onto the top and side of a shed. Not shown to our room. The bed was very soft - not good if you are used to a hard orthopedic bed. The gowns in our roommwhere old and dirty also the staff where not as i expected from the radisson. Breakfast service was slightly hit and miss; little things make a difference like serving tea made with hot water (rather than lukewarm and 'scummy'), and not clearing table setting until guests have finished eating.Door between our room and adjacent rom meant that it was not sound proof,long queqes for breeakfast in mornings.
