One of the best Guest Houses we have been to. The owner Rose Marie was a genuine lovely person and made us feel so welcome. Annie the lady who looked after the breakfast was so friendly and nothing was any bother to her. Very good selection for breakfast. Would stay here again. Really handy to the town. We had a great time.

The owner/host was wonderful. Breakfast was delicious. The room was big and clean and the bathroom was all marble,. it looked all newly remodeled and very well done. Nice country feel location but an easy walk to town.
Rosemary and Annie were exceptionally friendly, and made us feel very welcome and were able to give us a lot of information about the surrounding area. The breakfasts were all cooked beautifully to order.

Nothing...except that the pouring rain washed out the town fair which they of course couldn't control.
You won't get to eat your breakfast in a hurry...as it is more about quality than speed, so not such a bad thing.
The TV in our room only got one station.
A little hard to find because it is the first one coming in to town northbound.

Having a bathtub is nice, but without a plug, I couldn't use it. I could hear next door guests' noise.

Allthough the breakfast was nice it took quite a while for the lady to
take our order even though there was only one other couple in the
breakfast room when we arrived. She was taking single orders from tables
and then disapearing into the kitchen. It would have been fine but we
had gone down early (8:30) as we needed to be in town for 9:30 and we
ended up having to rush breakfast to make it in time.
