Value for money. Size of room (huge!). cleanliness of hotel. Free on site parking. staff is friendly and room was very comfortable. Easy to get to / from by car (just off N11 southbound) and free parking. Also very convient for buses to Dublin centre and Bray. Good food and pleasant lounge / bar area. The staff were brilliant. Can't praise them enough.Room was always clean and staff friendly.

Bar food was not great value for money. Choice of dining venues nearby was not great for someone who does not know the area. Room was noisy due to an expell- air on the roof , or something.Rooms could be a bit cleaner. Breakfast costs were too high, especially if you only drink coffee.The hotel charged our credit card for the acommodation twice! The receptionist was not very helpfull when clarifying the problem!. noise, trafic and something in the hotel that I could not identify (note ma room was far from lifts). The cleanliness of the room was not up to standard. The dirt in the bathroom etc., was very ovious. Also, i was'nt given a receipt for my stay. Every night, around 2am, the room would become uncomfortably hot despite the radiator being turned off; this happened in the 2 other rooms that my staff were using so it was not an isolated case.Couldnt turn down the room heating, so had to open the window which was then very noisy, not good enough when we specifically requested a quiet room, and got one "over the bar". Eventually got moved to another room. While the website said wifi.... they didnt advise this has to be paid for seperate. €10 for 90minutes. Walls were dirty. Hotel was very hard to find. Iron for room was removed. . I checked out early and the hotel charged me a different rate. I asked if there was a penalty for early check out and they said no. Obviously they should have let me check out without penalty. price charged was higher than originally booked the room for. room and bathroom were somewhat shabby. Very confused staff regarding payments , lots of hassle and bad servicein regards to that. They charged me and said they didn´t but I called mybank and they confirmed it was sent to them so they had to release moneyagain.. Thank god my bank was so good! Otherwise I would have been stuckwith no money and double hotel charges! 'Pay in advance! That is myadvice to anyone that wants to stay here. The room I stayed in was badly in need of a makeover: the wallpaper was peeling off in places; there were puncture holes in the wallpaper where something had been removed leaving the screw holes clearly visible; the paint on the skirting boards was flaking; there was black mould on the tiling and the bath/shower surrounds; the furniture was in poor condition and the carpet was badly stained and...
