staff were very pleasent, bar and bar food very good, we were at a buffa wedding reception - staff were excellent in making it a lovely evening for family and guest, there were over 200 hundred people, and the serving of the food was great, it was hot, plenty, and very tasty. Good location for touring around. Friendly and helpful staff at reception, restaurant and bar. A hotel television that is simple to navigate!!!.

The hotel itself is beautiful, the rooms are very nice and spacious. drink was expensive, been given back 14 euro in coins when ordering a drink, staff counting it on the counter then leaving it there and saying "sorry mate" when walking away. The only wine I drink is a Chardonnay and there was none to be had. The language barrier in some cases was a bit of a hinderance. The drink was a lot more expensive than in other hotels. Breakfast was the only dissappointment of my stay.Breakfast in the room was ok but the full irish breakfast was very skimpy.the room was way to hot and the air conditioning did nothing to help this it was unbearable at times. plus the fact that our booking was not received by the hotel was a big worry. The leisure suite was not great as the pool and jacuzzi were freezing. I did not like standing outside the hotel to smoke. Cold water for my shower on Sunday morning. the shower was rubbish. There was nothing near the hotel. Bar food was advertised in information book in room and outside bar "available till 23.00 hrs" at 21.30 hrs when we ordered we were told no food. We had problems with the safe in the room which took some time to sort out as a result we were late for our appointment.. The food was only reasonable for dinner and general cleanliness of carpets and windows was moderate, general layout of building off-putting.The staff are terrible, very poorly mannered. Service staff need more client care training I am afraid. From the receptionist to the waiting staff.
