The hotel was nicely furnished and very clean with excellent location to Ubud centro and the Monkey Forrest and rice paddies at the back of hotel. It was off the main road down a lane which was peaceful. the staff were very helpful and friendly. the pool area and gardens were lovely. Gusti (manager) arranged transport and outings with no fuss and fair price. We will stay again. The hotel is very well located close to the Monkey Forest and walking distance to many nice bars, restaurants and stores. The Monkey Street road is less busy than main road, we really like that. The room is cozy with a complete bathroom. We didn't used the pool, but it's also quite nice! The staff is very friendly, specially Gusti, the always smiling manager.

Even if the address of the hotel shows actually Bisma street which is under construction now, it is easier to access through the Monkey Forest road by the street just beside the KOPI BALI HOUSE. The hotel is very well located in Ubub. Very large rooms. Huge bathroom! Mosquito nets for bed. Location is perfect - minutes from monkey forest, 5 min walk to palace in centre. Staff serve breakfast to your patio. Swimming pool is decent too and they give pool towels! Staff are really lovely and overall very good experience!. Everything, the hotel manager (Gusti) was extremely helpful in organising activities, such as rafting, for us and getting the best price for us. Very central location. Location is near Monkey forest. The room was comfortable but with no charm and had a balcony. We had a small issue with the tour arranged by the hotel (the restaurant was not good and had different prices for each visitor). Nothing in particular - all good !. Location can be difficult to find by car. Some of the staff's command of English is not great and made communication difficult, but otherwise, this is a gem of a place. Noisy pressure pump for the water service. All good!. The creek/drain adjacent to the hotel was very noisy due to the two spillways/waterfalls. Motor bikes used the road in front from early in the morning. The road to the accommodation was bit tricky although it was close to the main road. Nothing. laneway needs lights and paving. Beds a bit hard. Nothing. The short path to the centre of town regularly flooded. Difficult to get to the hotel without getting your feet wet in muddy water. Breakfast was small compared to other hotels for the same price. The manager, Gusti, tried its best to sell us some expensive tours/trips around Ubud, and that: every day. One day we decided to ask him if he could provide us a driver/guide for half a day. He said that it was not possible, only full day wich included coffee plantation and some other touristic traps. Since we said that we did not want that kind of tour, he simply ignored us till the end of our stay.
