We were not pleased at all with the way they did their accounting. We paid a deposit for extra hours to stay the next day. Then after lunch with we askedto put on the account rhey chased us twice for money while asleep at the door also by phone. After it was settled with another deposit they came calling AGAIN at the door while we were resting. We had a 23 hours flight ahead. I had broken my heel and was in a wheelchair I was NOT going anywhere. TOO much harrasement.

Has a very good spa, swimming pool and sauna! It's not necessary to go in the City, if you plan to stay one day. Jakarta is crowded every day, a lot of traffic!! Rush hour may be 3 hour to go city. The room was very big and extremely clean. I slept very well!!! The shuttle bus from/to the airport is very helpful. Furthemor from that hotel is much cheaper to reach the city center than taking directly a taxi in the airport. The restaurant is open 24hours. I had the check-out at 2pm for free. We stayed in this hotel cause it was close to Jakarta airport and we needed to stay just for one night. They offer free transport from and to the airport. Staff was very helpful and food in restaurant great. It's not cheap hotel but if you need a place for one night it's a good choice. The check-in and check-out was extremely quick, which I always appreciate in hotels. Further, I left my cameras (Nikon & GoPro) in the lobby when I checked out but the helpful staff of fm7 kept it for me and made sure that I get it back. Thanks for that!!. A Fantastic Experience. Hotel is close to the airport. However , you have to realize that the free shuttle goes through a village with an impressive traffic jam. You need to take an additional half an hour. The shuttle didn't really work for us on our way to the hotel as the cues through immigration were long, so once we got out, the hotel pick-up had already left and we had to wait for more than an hour for them to come back for us...Going back the next morning worked out fine though. breakfast for Western food not great. There was a bit of children noise since our room was the closest one to the reception hall, but ok!!. Vegetarian food at breakfast was very limited. More than steamed veg would have been nice composers to 6 meat/fish options. Breakfast wasn't that good but acceptable No wifi in room only the lobby. Wifi only in the lobby - crowded because of this. Noise of planes flying over. Even though it appeared to be very close to airport, the transfer because of traffic took nearly an hour when we arrived at 7pm so we took the earlier transfer in the morning, still took 45 minutes to get to the domestic airport, but we made the flight. No wifi in the guest rooms but only in the lobby. The facilities are bare minimum and it can be upgraded to suit international travellers . The facilities of restaurent and shopping are very limited. No Wifi in rooms (although available in lobby). Although it's close to the airport it still takes a long time due to the traffic. No elevators so not elderly friendly Food need lots of improvement eg on Thursday morning breakfast bee hoon was served. It was totally salty ! We took separate beds. In between there should be a table for us to place our stuff. Bathroom door is strange as the handle was on only one side. Bathroom floor should be raised much more so that water doesn't leak out to the rest of bathroom. Airport shuttle didn't pick me up (as requested a week earlier) so I had to take a taxi. Free WiFi only in the lobby, internet on room only via cable and costs 30.000 ruphia. We were charged for taking our surfboards on the hotel bus, a minor problem though. it is 10 minutes from the airport, which can be 30 minutes if there's traffic. Got a massage at the spa. This isn't "just" a massage if you know what I mean. No fibre or bran flakes or natural unsweetened yoghurt for breakfast. Free wifi in lobby only, in room wifi was extortionate (GBP10 / day). Limited airport transfer schedule. Noise insulation/isolation. Too much noise during the night affecting sleep. Limited choice for western breakfast Sraff very "cold" (we do not feel welcome). Zero. need to upgrade the restorant. at night have alot of mosquito in the restorant. Why is the gym outside? Bit sweaty I thought. But no real complaints.
