It is situated in a palm tree park like an oasis in a town with a swimming pool in the middle. Great place to relax, very clean, staff helpful & friendly, very good food in the restaurant, beautiful breakfast even continental. I'm very grateful to one member of the staff who found my wallet & rushed to return it to me before we left. We will come come back. very nice and big bungalow. beautiful garden and pool! can only recommend Bumi Ayu Bungalows! We were there at the beginning and at the end of our trip to Bali and really enjoyed our stay!.

The bathroom needs a renovation, it looks really old and for that price it should be much more better. It's not the thing of the hotel but we didn´t like Sanur - the beach is not beautiful at all, restaurants are mostly expensive and the food is not so good. So we were happy that the hotel has so nice and calm garden with the pool... we could't pay with my visacard. restaurant. Pool towels wwere disgusting, however on our last day the, it appeared they took delivery of a new load f pool towel. Poolside service (pool staff) was not good. Careless maintenance second room - broken towel rail delicately balanced to crash as soon as used, and electric socket not possible to put plug in and coming away from wall. No drinking glasses. On asking for some, I was told to go and get them myself from the dining room - in that climate ALL rooms need drinking glasses. Shower taps wrongly labelled for hot and cold in first room. bathroom old. bed uncomfortable. being woken up early by staff chatting & making noises outside our room.
