One of the best hotels that I have stayed with everything works well especially the toilet very spacious and function very well. Room big and cosy except that the view a bit disappointing for a deluxe room . the buffet breakfast was ok . the security card access to the lift up to room. nice room view of the swimming pool. when i rq for my room i get what i wanted n with a nice view.

Clean, Modern, Next to Nagoya Hill Shopping Mall, Within walking distance to The Spa Secret (famous Spa in Batam). The hotel seems quiet and peaceful even though with high occupants.Your staff are friendly and cooperative. First time stayed with iHotel, we like the location, breakfast good spread and smiley staff service. love the rooms, clean and neat. room service was good. lunch @ the hotel restraunt was good. Hotel security and location is definitely a yes. Room service is prompt. The staff are always first class.I have stayed here many times . They accommodated our request for connecting rooms. Location of hotel & the cleanliness. Staff attitude was goooood!. I had upgrade room. 5mins walk to Nagoya Hill via the back shortcut and is safe. swimming pool open till 10pm. The food selection for breakfast a bit limited and not inspiring at all. must have side pathway not the main entrance so we can go to the shopping area easily. staff who serve customers shld serve all ppl. been watching yr staffs when at buffet breakfast, yr servers onli serve coffee n tea to cauasian. i been sitting for 45mins n no one came. but when cauasian come straight in to cafe yr servers went straight to them after they sit down. Should put more entertainmain fr kids like play area so they won't get bought easily.... Limited selection in breakfast. Nothing. Swimming pool is pretty small, surprise that jacuzzi under repaired during cny peak period. The price and breakfast could be better. The room was small . The jacuzzi was being repaired. The lap pool was quite filthy and hence the kids were not able to use the pool. Room was not smelling good , monody smell. Mattress not comfortable enough for room rate we paid. not more traditional food in breakfast. Waiting time for check in took a while. Waited abt 2 hours for the rooms to be ready whereby we came after 1400hrs. Children 7years old must pay for the breakfast .
