The small Hotel has a beautiful interior with a pool in the hall and rooms with new and modern furniture and accessoires. Our room was extremely clean and comfortable. We had booked a night with breakfast for which the components are available in a small kitchen with a fridge so that you can prepare your breakfast yourself - we loved that.
The staff is increadibly helpful, kind and service oriented.

New hotel, very clean. Big, spacious rooms. Nice and helpful staff (although they are only there until 5pm, you can call them every time). Each room has a good equiped kitchen and a mobilphone which you can use for free to make local calls (e.g. restaurant reservations, tour booking,...).
There's no restaurant in the hotel, but we highly recommend to go to the Warung Barclona (next street, 5 minutes walk). There we got the best and tastiest indonesian food during our 3 weeks in Bali, Gili and L.
Pretty nice Place to in North Bali. Romanto and his staff are awesome! These guys give you the perfect Service. You get a mobile phone to call whenever you are in trouble ore have some questions. The Pool is very clean. In every room is a small kitchen with Free Water. We rented a scooter to drive arround. The staff gave us the Key for the garage, so the scooter is safe at night. We extended our stay at this place. We love it very much.

The Hotel lived up to it's name. It is a beautiful little Oasis at Lovina. Lovina Oasis is private, very safe and a great place to relax. The hotel is managed by a wonderful person named Romanto. Romanto and all the staff were fantastic. Nothing was to much trouble. 30 years I have been holidaying in Bali and the service, friendliness and helpfulness was the best I ever experienced. AAAA+.

This little appartment concept is all I want when I travel. Clean, nice, affordable, small, only 5 rooms, perfect. Staff very good, good advice from Romanto for activities, a lot to do in Lovina if you wake up early.
This must be the cleanest hotel I have ever seen, and we have stayed at a lot of hotels. The place positively sparkles. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly.

The hotel is situated between local houses. After five o'clock you need a key to enter. You get a mobilephone to use incase you need the staff. They rspond immediately. We had a very nice conversation with Romantek, who did everything to make our stay wonderful.
A bit far to beach (15 minutes walk). We had room 1 and the aircon was not strong enough to cool down the room completely (but it was really very hot outside and for that the "coolness" in the room was ok).
There's not much to do in Lovina, but we really liked the non touristy atmosphere compared to the south of Bali!!.
- the hotel is located in a smaller street where there are no street lights in the evening. But it was not really disturbing as we came home around 22h. The walk to the beach and restaurants is about 10 minutes, of which 2 minutes in this darker street and then you are on the main road.
- it is located just next to the local houses, and this sometiomes gives a bit noces, but alos did not wake us up!.
