Friendly staff and very helpful front desk. Location was within walking distance to all we required. The BBG soy prawns were awesome and the satay was beautiful... Food was second to non. Looking forward to coming back in the future. Really nice hotel, close to the beach and with two good pools. Around the buildings and pools there is a very Nice and cosy garden which is quiet and private. Spacious and comforteble rooms with both bath tub and shower cabin.
all reviews » It was very peaceful and relaxing while we were there. Pool was inviting and lots of room around both of the pools. The rooms were spaciouse and comfy. Service good we ordered food and it was there in not time. The staff are friendly and helpful. Bed and pillows really comfy. Good place to relax. Clearly there is some matiance that needs to be attended to, pool steps in large pool, pool lights in the small pool with cables pocking out in the pool. A couple of lights that needed to be fixed in S block the turtles on the wall. Finally the air con in room S23 was not that cold and may need a service. These are all very small things and didnt detract from our very relaxing holiday. A little far from kuta beach, but there is cheap taxis. Internet could be better and the hotel should consider giving guests a map of the area - would be handy. portacot was in very poor condition. BYO or hire if possible. Hotel was notified and were unable to provide another. 3rd floor room was difficult with a small child. Felt the foyer uninviting and cluttered with wood carvings, depressing and needs couches for guests. The toilet in the bathroom had vomit around the bottom of toilet I asked the hotel staff to clean it, 2 days later still not cleaned, so i went and bought cleaning wipes, and cleaned myself. That I had to go home. Nothing. Breakfast layout confusing but no real problems. things getting a bit tired but the "likes" made up for that!. No free wifi in reception & room. The pillows where very firm and heavy. Sometimes the hot water wouldn't work. We had no reservation when we arrived by the hotel. They still found us a room fast luckly low season. Wifi is not free at the hotel you have to pay extra. airconditioning repairmen using bide in bathroom of our room. Really disgusting. Cleanliness of room ( towel dirty, curtains and bed sheets also, wall dirty full of mosquitoes sh....) Room full of mosquitoes Air con leaking and noisy. Accommodation is tired Front desk staff & maintenance slack in response Standard room is substandard and noisy so requested paid upgrade to junior suite. Bedroom light not working and vanity sink blocked, no response from management. Disappointing Unreliable wifi, had to leave to do business with uninterrupted wifi. that the place didn't have free wifi throughout the whole establishment. And the beds are a bit hard. Have been coming for years and has just gone over rated now. Stayed in old rooms but found out new rooms same price . Not happy and won't go back. Area is being ruined.
