The very friendly staff, swim up pool bar, nice tidy clean rooms...have stayed at this hotel 3 times now and this has been the best stay with most of the renovations now being complete. The staff are always friendly, the rooms are clean, the pool is nice, location is quiet but not too far from anything. All you really need for a Bali getaway. Love the new apartments and the renovations to the cottages. Really lovely. The pool is all ways a fantastic relaxer. Location Location Location.

The rooms were cleaned every day and clean sheets and towels also. The pool was good and breakfast was ok. Overall we would stay here again.Staff were very obliging. The location between beach and center. No working phones for room service, information, etc.... Leaving ..... Bathrooms, you had to climb a rather large step to get into the bath/shower. Nothing ! But keep in mind there were no reading lamps beside the bed, No satellite TV & caution needed in bathroom due to slipping hazard. The breakfast was poor, with little or no options. I only ate the breakfast twice preferring to pay for a decent breakfast elsewhere. No tea and coffee making facility in the room. Cant complain. Old beds and pillows, I think sleeping you should be most at comfort and clean. The current renovations are a little noisy, but they were not an inconvenience. No Ladder into the pool and the only access was steps but no hand rail. No bath mats. Renovations are still ongoing , wifi only available at reception areas. The rooster at the crack of dawn. Noise from renovations which we did not know were occuring prior to arrival. The warm pool. The gardens and surrounds need a good tidy up which would improve its look. had the opportunity to view a standard room and it looked tired. They need to brighten these rooms up. The Hotel is getting renovated, the pool is surrounded of building sites. The cockroaches in the bathroom.
