Best internet speeds i've come across in Bali. Full signal in room. Great beds... Very comfortable. You get a great room, good internet, a little bar/snack counter that is well priced. (Fried noodles of the 2 minute variety with nuts and spices and an egg for about us$0.80. All clean, all quite new. Very well managed. The willingness of staff to help ! They were just excellent ! Despite no alohol in the hotel he took his scooter to gather 2 beers for us to driink in the pool ! Just amazing service Rooms are clean and confortable with air conditionning Very close from airport so perfect location for an arrival day.

It's a brand new hotel so it is very clean. If your budget is low, then this is a fantastic place. If you are willing to spend a bit more money, then you can get something much nicer. The only reason to stay here for one night is that it is close to the airport and cheap. The only downside, which is likely why they try so hard in other areas, is the location. It's about a 5-10 minute drive to Jimbaran Beach and the Hotel itself is down a dirt road. On arrival you feel like there must be some mistake. However, the price is really good. If you don't mind the us$2 taxi ride to the beach, then you'll save about $150 on el-cheapo accommodation on the beach. On Par with a good quality, top 10% Quality Inn in the states. The environment... Far from beach. but some points: 1- the road and the place of the hotel. the road is awful (from hotel till the main street which is about 300 meter) and the hotel is far from kuta and also other attraction (except of uluwatu and GWK) 2- the portion of breakfast is not enough even for one thin person but its was clean and accompanied with fresh fruit. 3- putting a mini bar will increase the guests joy!. The hotel is far from the beach, rather inconvenient (necessary to have a mean of transport). The last piece of road is bump road. Salty water in the bathroom - not issue for washing, but inconvenient while brushing tooth. Shower could have been cleaned bit more. No storage space at all except one pole, without any hangers and one chair & table... Could do more to promote its location to taxi drivers, most of them dont know the place. Also the roads leading to the hotel could do with some improvement. The AC on my room (201) would not make the room cold in a short time. You will only feel comfortable after 3- 4 hours and the room didn't have a fan or a open window. The hotel can increase their selection of food menu. It really is very less and I couldn't find good restaurants nearby also. The location was very internal and the roads were not good full of bumps and holes. location, inconvenient. bump roads leading to hotel. At night Dont be scared if taxi drive you off the main road into dark ally with bad road. Everything is fine,but the water is salty(. It's a very small plot of land so the pool and the rooms are small. It's at the back of a bumpy and (when it's raining) very muddy & wet road. The breakfast wasn't really good, and the pool was really just for show. We didn't have any hot water during our stay and the staff didn't do anything about that even though we have mentioned it every day. The location is fine but it is hard to find because it is a bit of a maze to get there. They were not helpful with preparing the breakfast (which we have paid) for early check-out. We had to leave for the flight, so we had no breakfast. :-( The water in the bathroom is a bit salty, so it is difficult to wash hair in it. Not good location. Bathroom dirty. Location. Hard to find. there're so many worms in the swimmingpool.. eww.. and the loaction is hard to find.. bumpy road also..
