The Staffs Very Good..Helpful. The hotel near the Busway as MRT train but it's but route.Just 300 M to 3 Shopping Centers..Plaza Indonesia, Grand Indonesia..Hotel indonesia Circle..In front of Hotel there are walking day no car on the strest every sunday morning. Room Service Staff very helpful. Bed linen very clean. Breakfast was a good spread. Reception Staff very helpful.
all reviews » It is within the proximity of several embassies which was the primary purpose of my visit. Location is good, very near to Thamrin area Grand Indonesia, Plaza Indonesia, Tanah Abang etc. Decent breakfast suits the price we pay for the room. Only the location which was closed to hi circle, just walk away to shopping centre, supermarket and other western restaurants as well. The price compared with the location is cheap. The price is OK, and location is good. Location is perfect near the mall .. place is strategis. Good Brealfast. 1. Well located near Malls and main street in central. 2. The two girls working in the reception (in red uniform) are pleasant and helpful. 3. Wifi and Internet facilities available. The location is superb. Near mall grand indonesia and plaza indonesia. Be careful when you give a hotel deposit idr 250k to the receiptionist, she tried to rob your money when you asked to return in check out day!!!. My husband had given only idr 200k even the paper said idr 250k and lady was changed suddenly so Please check carefully your money back in front of them....!!!!!. the hotel didn't give towel. No kettle for tea making, no mini fridge, and air cond takes a long time to cool the room. It's not the way we expected to be like ... As we saw the pictures in letsbookhotel.com. the facilitie n the hospitality of the staff. Had to change rooms thrice cos the rooms aircond are leaking and not cool. Small rooms. 1. Not worth the money paid. Small room, no refrigerator, hardly any amenities, old bed mattresses. 2. Same monotonous breakfast everyday. Within the allotted budget they could have rotated the menu and improved taste. 3. The room service staff poor and dodgy. They have to be repeatedly asked to clean the room and do a most shoddy (poor) job. Dirty, room smell like old shocks, no hot water, sheets color not as white as it should be. Facilities were totally not good. The moment I checked in, the A/C was not properly function. Even the telephone was in faulty. After changed to another room, I have experienced worst. Numerous incident happen while I was taking shower, suddenly water supply have been disrupted. The management of the hotel do not take responsbility of this at all. They told laundry 24 hrs proceed but when we need our laundry back, they just sent our laundry. so I don't want to recommend this hotel anymore. everything is poor in this hotel. receptionist staff not friendly,no idea about the city and transport information when we ask,not helpful,no smile. Non of the rooms have windows. Breakfast was nearly all ways cold. Non of the desk staff speak English. No water unless you ask. The whole building is in desperate need of a good clean up and renovation. 1) no water heater 2) no control aircon 3) no fridge 4) insect in the room 5) no cups. Didn't like that the room was dirty, had to call 3 times to get towels (none provided upon check-in), mosquitos in the room because of poor condition of damaged and leaking ceiling, provided hygeine items damaged because of sitting in pool of leaked water (obviously the room was not inspected prior to renting). very bad hotel.
