Staff speaks no english. The ladies in the hotelrestaurant don't even bother to get someone if they don't understand you when you ask them something. The rooms are not clean and dated. They leave the roomservice plates on the ground in the hall for hours, sometimes even for more than a day. Very disappointing.
Almost everything. The location is scary. The aircond is not strong enough. Wifi not in range. Hallway is scary.
