all reviews » Great service, very comfortable rooms, located just near huge Mall Kelapa Gading with a wide range of shops, eateries, entertainment. The staff is young, polite, efficient. The food at breakfast and in the cafe is delicious and you can eat even late, after all the restaurants in the Mall are closed. I really liked the facility and the 24/7 hour juice bar. The food and juices were delicious. Also room service was very quick. The staff was very friendly and the hotel is conveniently located next to a mall. Staff were efficient, helpful and friendly. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and spotless. Close proximity to restaurants and shops. Easy access to and from the airports by arranged taxis. Direct access to the shopping mall is a big plus. It is so convenient. A little inconvenient for reaching central Jakarta.... But it's not their fault the Jakarta traffic is so fierce. No wifi in the rooms. long waiting time for elevator. - The only downside I can think of is that everything is to orange. Wifi disconnected every few minutes automatically after using it and we are obliged to reconnected each time. The breakfast was so so, there were not so much varieties. Some reception staffs seems don't like their job very much, I hardly seen their smile to greet the guests. There is no free juice like the other guests wrote in their reviews, I have been there twice and they never offer me even once :(. Nothing. Elevator service too slow. They only use 2 of 3 elevators to service the entire hotel. Three would not even be enough. everywhere and everytime could be better !. No wi-fi , free shuttle to & fro airport. Breakfast was not included in the room rate. Not much choices on cable tv. no WIFI in the room. the check-in is slow but overall everything is fine.
