Room is big, comfortable & clean. Breakfast spread is good. Reception staffs are friendly & helpful, speak good English. All other staffs, even though they can't speak English, are courteous & helpful. Service is at its best. STAFF extremely warm/courteous/friendly. Went out of their way to extend Hospitality and gave proper advice and route direction ROOM 507 spacious and comfortable. Bed/carpets very clean. Huge Flat Screen TV, Cold ACond.
all reviews » We like the Rabbit Garden and the surroundings very much. The rooms are big enough and overlooking lush trees, giving a feeling of a perfect hideaway. The food was good and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I like the facility, they gave free internet access in the room. They have swimming pool that my son loved so much. Comfort room enough to cover the three of us. I like the idea about nature friendly. Bandung is one of the destinity city we love to visit to....the foods, shopping, etc...and the Novotel is a really cozy hotel to stay....after those activities. i saw a little animal doll at the lobby and want to buy it, then she ask my room number.,but then i was surprise as she say it is free.... I like about your payment process when i gave my credit card for guarantee, you did not deduct direct but you proceed when i checked in. Nice breakfast buffet spread with free herbal drink, friendly & helpful staff, good location, wifi in room, great bed/pillows. The journey up to the hotel from Jakarta was wrought with traffic so don't travel during weekends!. The bathroom amenity is not fully provided in the bathroom such as toothbrush, shower cap etc (we have to ask if we need it them) they only provided soap & shampoo. Stayed 2 nights only. If stayed longer would enjoy more... Some of room furniture are old , swimming pool is small , resturant expensive. traffic jam! bad experience on the New Year's eve. We were turned down to have dinner at the coffee house when there were hardly full during the time (around 830pm)!!!!. Dinner served in restaurant was not Hot. Took longer than expected to serve & still cold? This area definitely needs improvement. Faraway from shopping center & restaurant. Rooms too small. nothing. Inconsistent rates that were NOT clarified during check in. i didn't got a breakfast coz not included on package.... Breakfast don't have multiple selection Room is small. Poor gym. Nothing. Should have a Pub or karaoke room. The room is a bit noisy especially the bath room since we can hear the flushing system of the next bath room. and we also can hear the noisy from the next room and from the corridor. Toilet articles are not completely provided, i have to call the house keeping to get tooth brush and tooth paste. Nothing extra, there are many better 4-stars hotels. Kids area was very small and has a poor facilities/games for kids The bath tub was too small, expecting the bigger one for family. The ac in my room not function well, suddenly turns off by itself They didnt prepare the toothbrush, musk ask first. - the pool is too small - disturbed by a kids scream at morning coz room have a connecting door. It is very very noisy. Can hear people walk or talk on the coridor or in the other rooms. Swiming pool small. I thought room small, not like 4 star hotel.
