food at breakfast. they taste good. - the staff said that room will be made up/cleaned everyday automatically, but when i returned to hotel at 1 pm the room was still untidy - after check-in, no staff accompany me to the room. so when there's an error in key card, i had to go back to front desk by myself, brought the heavy suitcase.
