The man at the counter was very kind. It was a bad experience. I got there. No one knew of my booking so I booked another room and paid again for one night and checked out the following day. It was also advertised with wifi but I was told there was no wifi for another ten days so I had to go and find another place with wifi as I had developed serious mobility problems and could not walk.
