What people say

Location in the old quarter is good. No hot water. Dirty rooms, but bedding was clean. Lack of maintenance and cleaning. Very noisy fans and aircon. My laundry came back damp and dirtier than supplied. Small smoke-filled reception area. Restaurant on 5th floor is a claustrophobic disaster.
