Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was like home away from home. Professional, friendly, caring and helpful staff!! Excellent food in both restaurants. The rooms are very comfortable, modern and clean. Very large pool for swimming enjoyment. The metro station is a few minutes walk away which allows one to have good access to all sightseeing and shopping spots in Delhi. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. all reviews » This is a very good and nice hotel. I will definitely stay again if I visit Delhi and get this flash deal. The staff was very polite and professional. The Hotel was very clean and everything was state of the art. Beautiful Architecture inside the hotel in particular central attrium, Breakfast was very nice. Location far from city,not even near to the airport. The banquet hall had a party and was very noisy at night. they advertise that they have spa but in fact it is under construction. Although there is a shopping street 15 minutes walk away, there isn't much alternative to eating and drinking in the hotel. very dissapointed with way the porperty is managed. Staff doesnt know how to smile. Front desk staff, restaurants, location. Too loud with wedding/reception guests and visitor from the adjacent Mall. Staff co-opretion: 1. On 4th i asked to get my room cleaned but when i came in evening it was not done. 2. early morning from 5AM to 7am I asked for the tealeaves 4 times, than i got it. Rude staff, cleanliness. The food was no good. No spa Still being built as a complex Should be discount as it completed. Bathroom lighting was very poor. Even shaving in there was a problem. Did point out to Hotel mgmt. But this requires very senior mgmt intervention. The buffet is poor. The airport pick-up service came one day too late!.
