Its a good luxury hotel at a budget price in Delhi. Location is excellent. Nicely designed interior. Food is good. Family room is quite spacious & comfortable for a family. Overall, its a good hotel to stay. environment setting lighting in room excellent food fast service provided by staff cleaning and so much comfort & relax in room. cleanness, comfert, easy to eccess, virety of foods are available.very reasonalbel fare, staf attitute is very cooperative.

Not much, but they did pick us up from the train station which was good. I didn't like the behavior of 1 or 2 people at the reception. When I checked-in at the hotel, they didn;t respond to me properly. Other hotel staff are good, specially the room service ppl. everything i like there is nothing to say don't like. Crowded area as expected. Aircondition did not work. Aircondition does not work. Unfortunately, works were in progress in the hotel (Oct. 2013). Rooms are not so clean. Blankets are not good. Should have 2 blankets each for deluxe room. Pillows not so comfortable. At least 4 pillows each in a room. Poor Wifi Bathroom water was damn hot in a sunny delhi day. No decent shower. noisy room. Average OVERALL. Small average room with little bathrooms. The place is pretty noise full with traffic outside. It properly not the hotels fault but sounding is very unclean. Smell in the room... behaviour could be better... not very good service. Hotel area is under renovation now.Noise.Everywhere dust , dirt.First we received neglected room,beding was dirty, air conditioning was broken.The next room was a little beter but without window , too. There stank of mold. Our things have passed the smell. We had to ventilate them at the next hotel.I do not recomenmend , Europeans in particular. Lots of renovations, not a great area, didn't feel safe and no hot water.
