I absolutely loved my stay at Hotel Le Seasons, New Delhi. The hotel has gorgeously done interiors and beautiful rooms. Food was excellent in all aspects. I really appreciate the quick and courteous services for everything I asked for. It was after a long time I found a hotel which made my stay really worth in what I paid for. The ambiance is soothing for a perfect holiday and stay. The rooms were clean and the staff was efficient and friendly. We required an extra room for visiting friends and they gave us the online price instead of their regular price.

The Location of the hotel. nothing. The first suite we got, the bathroom had poor exhaust and smelt terrible. Also the shower beside the toilet seat was leaking. They changed our room to another floor. That room did not have WiFi connectivity. Asked the staff and they said nothing can be done. Also the geyser switch was loose so we ended up taking cold showers. Towels snd washroom coukd have been more cleaner. The plumbing and the water system in the bathroom were not up to the satisfaction. (1) Room service. The food was good, but nobody came to pick the used cutlery. It remained in room throughout my stay in hotel i.e.for 24 hours. (2) Lights in the room were very dim. (3) Mini bar was empty. Refrigerator was out of order. (4) Tea maker was provided but there was no electrical socket near the table. breakfast - very little menu. Bed was not suitable for a couple....it was not a king size bed given (instead of asking for) but two single beds joined together. Food was not very good (breakfast). However, dinner was good. The person on the front desk was unfriendly to the point of rudeness. There was no way to turn the bedroom lights off without removing the key from the wall socket and so disabling all the electrics including the aircon, fan and (probably) telephone. Therefore I slept badly the entire night because the room lights were on. the noise, the bathroom is not working. Reception staff terrible, unfriendly. Staff were not with great hospitality and help experience. They were all junior fresh employees and didn't sound to have any knowledge on customer service. The hotel is dull and rough around the edges. Bit of a damp smell pervades the place. Nothing is good. first the aircon was not working properly. Secondly, power shutdown was there and there was no backup. we really suffered because we book in this hotel. bad breakfast, will never come back. It was impossible to stay in the room - the temperature was higher than outside (it was night). I could not breathe so I escaped from that hotel by 5am. Ac did not help. Stayed in a presidential suit but the comfort and the facilities did not meet our expectations. Very close to a main highway therefore had to put up with a lot of traffic noise all night. Staff was not very helpful probably had no training in PR. Breakfast choice was very limited. Wouldn't stay there again.
