Everything was fine. Have stayed in many 3+ star hotels in defferent places in India. That was really good one, but that is also depicted in pricing. But as I later checked out pricing for this hotel varies much day by day. clean decent sized room in good location. hotel was clean and well organized.

Good facilities. 1.When you try to arrange trasport (car) from the hotel to any place which is only really a few min. drive you are quoted rather high prices, at least 3 times the price of the ordinary taxi. So much better to arrange transport yourself. 2. For European, food was not of a wide choice. For example in breakfast a few slices of cheese, some vegetable could be added. But also now staying in different hotel, I believe also food choice was much above average. AC wasnt very effective. nothing. A small suggestion. When a customer attended, the Receptionist should sort them before attending phone calls and other customers. Standard room too cramped Lack of 24 hr coffee shop No bar (alcohol prohibited). Staff attitude was not good. i am not able to get connected to WIFI & they want me to send my laptop to the reception. I had paid cash as deposit, when checking in, when checking out- i gave my credit card & they said the deposit was credit to my account, now cannot be given back. they would only deduct the pending amount by credit card. very much difficult to understand that how they can react like this.
