Hotel was clean, staff's are friendly and helpful. Good transport arrangements from/to airport (with charges of RS 300 one way). Near to airport so good place to stay a night in Chennai with a good budget. New , fresh and clean environment.Good location for transit passengers.As they have their own vehicle ,it is convenient for any passenger for drop off or pick up from airport.
all reviews » One of the best Hotels with budget price. We have offered Executive room for the price of Deluxe room. The rooms are spacious, clean and value for money. Excellent staff service. I fully enjoyed and satisfied with their quiality of service. I will use again when visit to chennnai. I really liked the hotel staff's hospitality, timely room service,transport arrangements. Cheap, clean and what we needed. As waiting in Chennai for connecting flight. Freindly staff, Transport Arrangements, Near to aiport. I like the solitude. I liked the cleanliness of t room n the comfort of the beds.... Television, dressing table, sofa with a table was all neat n in good condition. The hotel has good rooms with a good budget...Really a value for money for staying 1-2 nights.. Overall nice experience, real close to the airport so serves the purpose real well. About 10 Minute drive from Chennai Airport. Just of GST Road. Just spent a couple of hours at night to catch the early morning flight. Rooms are basic with an AC. Sheets are clean. Provide transfers to Airport at Cost. Pickup service from airport. Location. Absolutely none. No food arrangement in house.Good restaurant available outside within walking distance. nothing. Downtown India, say no more. not much. There is no eating house adjacent to the hotel which causes inconvenience to the aged boarders. Only veg hotel M/s. Gupta Bhavan is located in the other side of busy road. In my opinion there should be a restaurant in the hotel to cater to the need of the boarders. Staff at the reception... He keeps on smiling sharing something about us to a female receptionist. All personal details along with reason for stay was again asked despite of discussing in phone.... When we questioned the reply he gave was funny.... He said some other person would have picked the phone n I don't know where he registered ur details...Receptionist s very local person n he looks guests like strangers . The area nearby the hotel is not that much good but on the other side it offers value for money so it is not that much critical.. Just off the main road, kinda in small lane. No water provided with rooms. So that's an extra. The room although booked at Rs 1568 came out to Rs 2500 with addition of so many unknown taxes. From next time. I will prefer website where advance fixed payment can be made. 1.Unclean bathroom, there were 2 earth worms in 1st floor bath room, I hv the photgraps & would like to up load too. 2.they charge Rs 300.00 to drop at air port which is 2.5 km away. 3. Dont have drinking water at room.You'll order one & then they'll bring one for you. 1.Stayed on first floor.Room has no Wifi. 2.It is not a hotel but a hostel.
