Excellent location, full marks for hotel, room condition and appearance, Staff were professional and helpful. Price was good. Its our third time there now. Hotel is new and the perfect option for weekend party getaway as its in the Party Zone and Centrally located on the beach. Hotel is always full on the weekends and so they did not allow late check out as there are guests waiting with luggage in lobby. .

The Hotel was full through out our stay so we when we wanted to extend our stay it was not possible which was disappointing but cant blame the hotel because our plans travelling around India was uncertain so we could not be certain how many days we would stay. the onwers are extremely kind and being very helpful, we been given many honest advices. the location is also great, just step by to baga beach, pubs and restaurants are surrounded. anyways, a great place to stay, oh yep, and super good mattress in the room. This hotel is extremely well situated within 2 minutes walk of the beach and all the restaurants/cafes/clubs yet it is very quiet in its own gardens and with its own pool. Price wise it was good value. I really liked the location , best place near the beach and shooping place. And supporting stuff. Very clean hotel, friendly staff, comfortable beds, different breakfasts. best location,nice room,good furniture,well lit room with balcony. Convenient location. Our 15 year old son enjoyed the pool and many satellite tv channels. Location is good too close to sea side close to restaurants and pops. Location. Absolutely Nothing could be faulted. The rooms are very large but sparsely furnished and not very comfotable for reading or relaxing altho' excellent for sleeping. You have to request room cleaning otherwise the room is not serviced. All was good. felt bad when i have to pay for water,2 bottles a day should be free.bathroom should have bath tub that will add an extra leisure. Had we had realised that that part of Goa is very popular with Russians we may have looked elsewhere. Nothing against Russians, but so many signs and voices are Russian, we may have been in Moscow. So the cultural aspect of the holiday was diminished. There is no phone connection to the rooms . There is no enternet facilitis . Wi Fi only in the recipien side. Poor hospitality .. having travelled all over the world this was my worst experience..starting from rooms smelling , staff closing door on the face. tv not working, staff closing door on the face , no on epicking up a phone, denying a bottle of water at night..sums up a very bad experience. service is absent.
