The staff is excellent. Especially Preeti and Vrushali at the reception. I was in Goa to celebrate my wfife's birthday and had booked the suite. We arrived at 7.30 A.M. at the property and were told that the rooms still arent available since the guests havent checked out. Preeti and Vrushali then accomodated my wfife and me in a regular room until our room was available, which they werent required to do but did anyways. This was a superb gesture on their side and I cannot thank them enough.
