We particularly likled the fact that free tea and coffe was avilable in reception at any time of day or night. My wife is allergic to 'feather' pillows and they were readily exchanged on request. The staff were very informative and helpful. free tea and coffee 24/7, good breakfasts plus a wealth of information from hotel reception staff. Breakfast provided at 4.30 am, without any extra chrage.
