What people say

Location, staff at the front desk was efficiient, friendly and knowledgeable. The wellness section was professional. Good price for money, typical Hungarians owned 4 star hotel with the charm of non-professional management and staff. Hotel can be good for a weekend out. The royal dinner is a good imitative from the hotel management. I missed the show elements. I had arranged a pick up from the airport in budapest to Visegrad, The van the hotel sent was not clean and I found out later they had charged me an additional 3000 huf ($15) from the going rate. Spa facilites were limted.
