  We had an excellent stay at the Budapest residence! It started when we arrived terribly late as we were caught in a snow storm driving from Krakow and did not arrive until 2am. The concierge (I believe his name was Peter or Paul - sorry!) Was so friendly and greeted us like we arrived at 2 in the afternoon! He happily took us to our room, showed u... what people say » s around and even went to the parking lot around the corner and waited for the guy to arrange a space for us! The flat was very open and spacious, dec - The apartments are equipped with everything you need for a short vacation or a long stay. The metro station is 5 mins walk away, as are the starting points for all the tourists hop-on buses. It is located within the gozsdu court where there are nice cafes and bars around. The artists market is also fun to walk through. The staff helped us with information on the sights and transport and even got us discounts on some bookings.

  very good value for these money.Absolutely satisfied. Same hotel in western europe cost 2 or 3 times more.Only good memories. Spa included in price.No extra expenses. - Excellent facilities. Very friendly staff. Bedrooms/bathrooms were of a high standard. Breakfast was very good. Would definately stay again!

  Stylish compact room with pleasant colours and decoration. New look and extremely clean in all spaces. Staff professional and friendly, ready to help finding answers whenever asked. Best of all, my room was on top with sky view over roofs, morning sun shining into shower room through big window.   Our apartment for 2 people was absolutely fantastic! Location was excellent, apartment was really big with bedroom, livingroom, bathroom, toilet and kitchen. Everything you need for succesfull holiday! Staff was really friendly too, and there was 24 h reseption. Houskeeper cleaned the apartment everyday, even washed our dishes. I would definitely book this apartment again. - The apartments are well situated right in the city center, the main attractions being easily reachable by foot - e.g. 5/10 min walk to St. Stephen's cathedral / Opera. We booked at the all 4u apartments but received one at the Gojdu Apartments (different buiding, but within 100m from the all4u). The apartments are spacious and clean, the kitchen well equipped with everything necessary. Overall it's a good value for money.

  Loved the hotel, clean, warm, friendly, excellent value for money, sort walk up the oppisite road takes you to the metro, where you buy a 24 hour ticket for little money, this allows you to use the tram, metro and buses all day, brilliant. Excellent travel, 1 stop to shopping mall, 3 stops to bridge to Buda and the palace, indoor market is an ewsom... what people say » e experience for any visitor to Budapest. - Room was very comfortable and well furnished, especially the kitchen, the hotel staff were very professional and helpful, plus we were offered a free upgrade from the double room we booked to an apartment when we checked in because one of the hotel guests decided to prolong his vacation.   For the price the hotel was suitable. However the room was quite different from description at the time of booking - no bath and small room. I am nearly sure they also mentioned a kitchen area. I liked the location it was about a 15-20 walk from the very center of the city which I liked, it was in a trendy neighborhood and the walk was very enjoya... what people say » ble but again on the description it stated it was in the city center. Therefore a good location for young couples. However it was very clean and good - Stayed there for the second time. After visiting other hotels at a higher rate with less convenience, I found this hotel was quite a good one. If you reach there by train, take m2 and just one stop to Blaha Lujza ter. Walk along Jozsef korut towards Baross U. Take about 10 mins. If you reach by plane, take bus no. 200E from airport to the last stop. Then take the metro m3 to station Kalvin ter. About 7-min walk to reach the hotel.

  An excellent value for the price, newly built, private underground parking costs 10 Euros/day, good facilities, not that far away from Budapest City center. Within 15 minutes (8 stops from Deak Ter) with the metro line (the station is 5 minutes walking from the hotel inside a Media Markt Shopping Mall). We recommend this hotel.   We couldn't have been happier with our apartment. A group of 10 split between two two-bed apartments- ours was spacious, clean and with all the mod cons. The staff were really helpful and friendly - especially Gabor - and were willing to help with directions, cabs and weren't annoyed when the other group paid a bit later.   We spent four nights here and from being picked up from the Airport by Ferenc himself, to arriving back at the airport to come home, our stay was totally stress free from start to finish. The apartments are in a very nice area within a 15 minute walk of the Danube if you like to walk.   The apartment was clean, nice and convenient for a solo or couples and it is recommended from my side and will definetly consider it in my future visits to Budapest......Adding an intercom for the main door would be great and tall people should take care of their heads due to the low ceiling of the bedroom (duplex). Supermarket in the same building is an asset...a bus stop in front of the building, but metro station is about 10 walking distance. - This is really fantastic apartment. Very well equipped (microwave, tea-coffe mackers, toaster, owen....) spotlessly clean, satelite tv, stereo, air condition, wirless wifi, welcome bottle of wine. 2 big supermarkets (tesco and spar) on the street. 5 minutes walk to metro line, bus station infront of the apartment. Jewish quater just behind the apartment with lot of restaurants and bars.Owner Francesco is great....you will never regret renting this apartment.
