The trip was a present to my parents, who are VERY picky people. If they were satisfied, be sure you will be too!!!. It is a superb hotel and I have stayed there on several occasions. swimming pool for our baby. We liked the actual spa procedures - mud packs and massage. The rooms were also good.The pools and spa facilities are excellent, staff is freindly. the actual spa stuff was good. The surrounding environment. spa. One of the buffet staff was so mean to us maybe because of our races.Other staffs were so nice. The quality of food was really poor, and the hotel - rather old.The quality of the food did not always rise to the looks of it. everything else was a disappointment. i know its out of season but if this will affect our trip we should know in advance. As a guest we were denied access to the main resturant and veranda due to it being used by non hotel guests. This resulted in being shuffled like refugees between hotels to have meals. As for customer service I would have thought it would have been easy to accommodate paying guests in the best resturant in the hotel by using a little imagination along with the non hotel guests. The staff seemed so unfriendly, like it was a chore to help us.

Important information to guests
Please note that in 2018 the outdoor hydro pool will be down for maintenance between 7 and 9 October. The other facilities of the wellness department will be operational, as usual.
Please note that the price on 31 December does not include New Year's Eve dinner and festive programs. Dinner in the frame of all inclusive catering will be served as cold dishes, in your room.
Families with more children (maximum 4 children) will be allocated 2 rooms. In this case, the rate for 2 single rooms plus the mentioned child rates apply.
Please note that for lunch, only soft drinks are included in the rate. For dinner, soft drinks, house wines, and draught beer are included in the rate.
All-inclusive drink selection includes the following:
11:00 - 22:00 soft drinks (mineral water, fruit and vegetables juices, refreshment beverages), coffee, tea
10:00 - 15:00 tea in the spa area
18:00 - 21:00 in addition to soft drinks, house wines and draught beer also served with dinner.
Complimentary mineral water for each room (refilled once per day).
All-inclusive catering does not include drinks from the minibar and from the Quint bar.
All the indicated fares include VAT, but, in compliance with the Hungarian legislation in force, catering and hospitality services shall be invoiced with a different VAT rate from 1 January 2018.

The thermal lake of Hévíz is the largest one of its kind in the world and covers a territory of 47,500 m2. The water contains sulphide, the bottom is covered by mud, containing organic and unorganic components. Water temperature in summer: 33-35°C/92-96°F, in winter: 23°C/77°F.
