What people say

Close to the station, could put laundry outside to dry. Wifi was good. Please note: If arriving by train, go out the underpass to the back of the station. Don't go to the front and then have to lug your bag back down, under and up. Would be good if the hotel directions stated this fact. Some reviewers have said staff were unfriendly, I don't feel this is true, I had language difficulties with several but they were helpful all the same.
