staff was friendly, very helpful and courteous and the price was great. Air conditioning...close to the metro system, City Market, and sidewalk cafes were plentiful. Good location. pillows were hard/too high for our liking but were so tired at the end of the day, it did not affect sleep that much.charges and food very expensive for a 3 stars hotel. Small room. They charged really high rates for wireless internet access. Bath's facilities. There was no hair dryer in the room. When I phoned reception the woman said no one would deliver it and I had to come down and get it myself. I was tempted to go down in my towel with wet hair because delivering it, like extra towels or blankets, seems like a basic responsibility of the hotel staff.
