Location is good: subway station, tram station in front of the hotel. Currency exchange office at the corner. A lot of restaurants nearby. 3 mins to New York cafe on foot. 12 mins to shopping streets and Donau. The room we got was a bit small but clean and good equipped. Very good breakfast. Staff was utmost polite and always ready to help. I would recommend it everyone. We experienced no problems with the shower constructions as many said. Water was only inside the shower. all reviews » Location is good (close to subway and railway station as well as to the main attractions and sightseeing routs), staff is also not bad, but we've got wrong tip on how to get to the funicular and were advised to buy tickets for hop-on/hop-off bus, but with no mentioning of the fact that price in hotel is higher than regular (and it's really weird even for Budapest). But anyway, we spent only one night in this hotel, and for one night it's ok: breakfast was good and various, bad was good, room wa. Excellent hotel. The hotel is decorated in a very beautiful way.The stuff is very nice and helpful. I think you can't get more for this price range. It's also located close to metro station Blaha Lujza (M2), so we used it a lot to travel around the city. Friendly, helpful staff. Was sick and asked if my sister could bring me some croissants from breakfast to our room as breakfast was included. They offered to send me breakfast to my room. The breakfast was very good and much more than I asked for. Everything - this is a five star hotel with rooms, staff and services to match. The bathroom has a frosted glass door that doesn't close 100%, so the bathroom feels a bit like it's part of the room. Nothing. It made every other hotel/apartment we stayed at on our European trip seem like dumps. The internet didn't work so well inside the room. Other than that, everything was perfect. Nothing! Poor bar area, no 'pub' atmosphere so hardly seems to be used by residents. The location was a bit further out from the centre of town than I was anticipating, but not so far to make it impractical. Our room was a bit small. Bathtub/shower head arrangement was awkward and not very safe. Too soft beds to my taste and rather limited room space. Pretty far from old town and river. nothing!!!. parking is expensive during breakfest more staff is needed. Parking Problem, must walk to next building. n/a.
