Great staff, very helpfull if needed, location at the border of District xiii and v so all important tourists location is very close (Parlament building, St Istvan Basilica, etc...). Also, WestEnd shopping center is just 100 meter away. Also, m1 metro line station and Nyugati Western railway station are right next to WestEnd. Great location and quality for price. Can recommend to anyone visiting Pest, especially for the first time.

Rooms are little cheaper than on images here but it's not a big difference. Outdated furnishings. Airconditioner was insufficient and our room and bathroom were very stuffy. No safety deposit box. Nothing. I would recommend it for a downtown Budapest stay. Not the most comfortable bed. There was some noise like buzzing all the night, probably coming from transformer station near by. I had no problem with it, but my girlfriend was having trouble falling asleep. If you are a light sleeper you might have problems. strange low noise in the room 301 - heard especially at night. It's difficult to find a place to park you car near the hotel, a strange sound during the night(but bearable), check in after 14:00 and check out at 10:00. (1) poor breakfast, very small room. (2) no playground or swimming pool. (3) wifi worked not perfect. No free parking and no chargeable parking, you should look for a free parking place in streets around and it is paid. breakfast a bit basic. Only thing was that we visited at a time when the temperature was 37C degrees in the city and we couldn't sleep as there was no aircondition in the room. But it got much better after the temperature cooled down. There was a staff trainee working the late we stayed there and she seemed unsure of policies and a bit afraid to assist customers. The street is not that quiet, because the noise reaches some windows from other streets. On the other hand, this is a matter of luck, because one morning (but not every), rubish containers were being emptied since 7am and another day construction workers made noise on the other side of the street quite early, too.
