Staff was very nice and very helpful. They sent us an email right after our booking, to explain to us how to get to the hostel. They welcomed us with a lot of useful information about budapest. The private flat we had was very well equiped, clean, and spacious. The location is also excellent! Needless to say more, I would definitely recommend this hostel to anyone traveling in Budapest. Awsome hostel, very friendly, close to the inner city, the public transports, the coolest bars....close to everything if you are a tourist and you don't know the city. The rooms are big, clean and confortable and the personne who received us was very cool and helped us a lot for our visit through the city. I recommend.
