This is a great hotel at a very convenient and beautiful location. It is only a 3 minute drive from town yet it is situated in a beautiful valley surrounded by green mountains which make the view absolutely stunning. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff is very nice and keen to help out with any issues. The hotel is in a lovely peaceful location but away from the town, a car is therefore needed to explore the island. Our family room was ideal for our needs and had a large balcony. This is a family owned and run hotel which makes it a different experience from staying at one of the larger hotel chains. The owners are very welcoming and are doing their best with the limited resource. We would return to this hotel. We stayed here off season and it was very quiet - perfect! It is a beautiful isla. The rooms were very clean and large. We were in the newer block in rooms overlooking the swimming pool which were excellent. The double beds were huge! We were a family of 5 and they gave us two rooms with a shared balcony. The female receptionist was very helpful. Good price for the room, free wifi, good burgers at the pool restaurant !. The breakfast is not terribly appetising but it is ok. Unfortunately around the very clean pool there were wasps but this only made us jump into the pool quicker!. Windows to the car park, if you like sleeping with open windows in the countryside, it's too noisy for that with cars coming & going all night. Family room is big but strange, "kids" section is the one with bathroom and closer to the door. Location. Nothing is in walking distance. - Far from the beach. If you don't come with your car and stay here, then rent one!. parking, maybe idea of area with sun protection should also be positively taken by guests. ALL THE ELECTRIC POWER WENT OFF AS U TAKE UR KEY OUT ENCLUDING THE REFRIGARATOR. The staff weren't very accommodating and didn't really go to any extents in offering excursion advice or general information about services within the town. The pool was dirty and remained dirty the whole stay period, even though we asked the staff to clean it. The breakfast was poor and not so good. The coffee was bad.
