  It was an absolute pleasure to spend a week at Erietta . Everything exceeded expectations. Staff was absolutely fantastic from the front desk to the bar and restaurant and the taste of food could easily compete with the most reputable restaurants in Europe. Nothing we asked for was impossible, even asking for food at 1AM !! Pools and surroundings ... what people say » are breath taking.Very friendly family owned hotel, the two gorgeous daughters, Denia and Herietta, educated in London and Milan, who are working at - Errietta apartments were fantastic,the setting was beautiful, very relaxing . Ideal having 2 proper bedrooms rather than the normal set up in some holiday apartments of sofa beds in the living area which is not great with either teenage children or younger children. The owners and staff were wonderful. My girls loved John as he made the best chocolate milkshakes! The accommodation was spotless. Would definitely return.

  It is virtually the only hotel in the area where one is guaranteed a peaceful night's sleep due to the lack of any adjacent or in-house bar!   We spent 7 days in lazaros hotel apartments in august. The stay was wonderful. The employees were very friendly and very discreet, the room was very clean, big and with furniture in very good condition (i think it is pretty new), ofcourse it had AC, tv cable, bathroom, shower, kitchinette, all in very good condition. The pool w - The apartment was excellent, the staff were friendly and helpful. Air conditioning was free. There is a swimming pool with sunbeds, it was always clean and never crowded. Room was cleaned every day. Beach is only 5-10 minutes walk from the hotel. The "Breeze bar" next to the apartments is a very good place to drink some cocktails or drinks. The apartment is close to the center: there are many pubs, shops, good restaurants.

The gardens are beautiful and the location very peaceful. The owners cannot do enough for you and the whole family is delightful.   the staff were very friendly and accommodating and had my room ready as soon as I arrived so I didn't miss anytime messing around checking in on my short stay - dennise and his wife are very friendly, they even gift us a bottle of they homemade wine! the kitchen is well equiped and the studios are nearby the beach.

  Hotel is nice, clean and in the center of Tsilivi. What is exceptional about that place is Katerina herself. We missed first night of our booking due to ferry strike and she arranged with letsbookhotel.com not to pay for that. She could totally say - "This is booked I can do nothing...", but no.   The staff at reception were fantastic. We had some problems with our flights to the island and the reception staff were outstanding in helping us to resolve them. We felt like they really cared and wanted to do anything to ensure our stay in Zakinthos was relaxing and fun. They gave us great advice on which beaches to explore and helped us booking... what people say » ferry and bus tickets. The service was better than I have seen anywhere around the world. - I travel through luxury hotels an this one was in top, I care about location and this hotel was quiet and comfortable on the side of a touristic area. Staff is very very friendly and helpfull. Swimming pools are preatty nice and deep enaugh to enjoy. Food is excelent specially dinners with a hand made deserts! Bravo!
