  This family-run hotel was very sweet. The people were curtious and very helpful and kind. The breakfast always included fresh, local fruit. I am gluten intolerant and they went out of their way to find me a substitue for bread. And the home-cooked meals at the restaurant next door were supurb. Grikos is a great town, quiet location.   Without a doubt, it's the best hotel in Patmos. We had a long weekend there and enjoyed every moment of our stay.   I had read that Nicolas is an awesome guy, but this was something else. He picked us up from the port, he took us to rent a car, every single day he was making us coffee (along with his lovely wife), giving us fruit directly from his garden, cake and many more. When we had to give the car back, he brought us back to the hotel with his car and then drove us to Chora to see the Monastery.
