We stayed for 12days in June/July after finding this hotel out of a number of others, The hotel is fantastic! Couldn't of been better, the staff are the friendliest people we have met on a holiday. We stayed in a 5 star hotel in April in the same town and were so disappointed, to come here was a breath of fresh air! They talk to you like humans, George and family were a real pleasure to meet! The pool is private and quiet, the breakfast was lovely and the short hop across the road to the sea wa.

The apartments are directly next to the beach, a 20 minute stroll to the Old Town and the staff are very friendly and helpful. There are several supermarkets in close proximity and an endless amount of restaurants all the way into the Old Town. I would definitely consider staying here again! 10/10!. Staff was very friendly and helpful in this family owned hotel. They always smile! Pool area was nice and peaceful. Location is good, there is only 20 metres walk to the beach and from hotel to center of Rethymnon is 15 min walk and there are lot's of restaurants and shops on the way. We had great holiday at Blue Sea and we can recommend that hotel. We liked everything here: Elias and the whole family offer great hospitality. The apartment was clean, comfortable and spacious, remodeled not long ago. Cleaning took place almost every day which is more then excellent. Very close to fabulous beach. To city center around 15min footpath or 2min by car. I would recommend this hotel for every reason. The apartment complex was small and friendly. The apartment itself was very spacious and well equipped. The large terrace enjoyed sea views. There was a balcony overlooking the small but pleasant pool area. The hotel is on the first line of the sea. 20 minutes on foot to the old town. a big room. baby bed is free of charge. you can buy stamps and cards at the hotel and leave them to send. It was a 20 minute walk into town for the best shops and restaurants. No hardship for us, but others might prefer to be closer. Nothing!. It would be nice if the facilities will be added with MW oven. no washing machine. be cautious with parking. the hotel is located on the seaside and Rethymnon is notorious for its lack of parking. If you arrive early in the day, or late at night you will find space nearby, otherwise be prepared to walk a bit. - always the same breakfast which was very little and the bread were not toasted - towles were only changed tree times a week.
