  Very clean, 5 minutes walk from down town, spacious rooms and a great attitude. It is a hotel that offers the basic but it is a great solution if you need a cheap room in Skopelos town.   The owners were waiting for us with a car at the airport. Hotel was clean, nice, with full equippment. Based in the city center near the bus stop. Quiet at night, but near to the night life. The room was lovely , fully sufficient , without sea view , but the house has the roof terrace with a beautiful view, where we ate breakfast every day .   Family run hotel by people who were willing to help you enjoy your holidays. Spacious rooms, well decorated, with kitchen equipment. Rooms were cleaned daily. Nice view from the balcony. Location was great, quiet and relaxing environment, just 5-10 minutes by car from the most famous beaches of the island and 25 minutes from the town of Skopelos (... what people say » this could actually be a problem for someone who does not have a car or prefers to be always close to busy places). Free transportation to and from th - The family who own the hotel are amazing and very friendly! They were very helpful. The apartment was beautifully decorated and everything was always clean. It was very quiet and the air smelled beautifully due to the pine trees surrounding Neo Klima. Word of warning - there are many bees and wasps on the island in general.

We had actually booked a mountain-view room but because they had a sea-view room available we could stay in the sea-view room without extra charge!   we had a seaview appartment with the most incredible view of the port and harbour, I recommend getting a seaview room and the pool is amazing . The staff are so helpful.. w - Everything. So clean. So friendly and helpful. And a gorgeous pool.

  We've stayed here 4 times and think this is a great hotel run by a very friendly couple who make every effort to ensure that you enjoy your stay. They even gave us a couple of lifts to the beach, to save us walking, which was very welcome on a hot day. The hotel is conveniently located near the port, so it is very handy for the local bars and rest... what people say » aurants. All rooms have a sea view and the breakfast is deffinately worth getting up for. It is simple but delicous and sets you up for the day. So mu - Very convenient location, exactly on top of the beach of Patitiri. Owners were a elderly local couple, very helpful on everything - they even called us before our arrival at the port to ask if we needed a lift. Rooms look dated, but are spotlessly clean. Very nice balcony with view of the port and the sunrise. Very quiet neighbourhood. The hotel offers a very welcome homelike feel. Strong wifi signal everywhere.

She treated us like her own daughters and was a wealth of knowledge when we asked her about the Greek Orthodox monasteries and other sites of the island (mind you we can speak Greek so it was easier for us to communicate)... you couldn't ask for better service in this instance.
