  The rooms are very clean and the Hotel is very well situated (only 5 minutes walk from all the restaurants and bar).   We highly recommand this appartment when you want to stay in Kardamena. It's in a nice quite neighbourhood but not far from the shops. The owner Felipe and his wife Anna give you the feeling that you're welcome. The building is more then 20 years old but looks like new and has a nice garden with beautiful flowers. There are a lot of people they're coming back, year after year because price - Location is brilliant. Our room had 2 balconies with side sea view. Not far from bars & restaurants but peaceful at night. Rooms were spotless with maid service almost every day. Philippos the owner is a lovely man. He is very friendly & will go out of his way to help you. Lovely pool area with loads of sunbeds although we did not spend much time there as we prefer the beach. Although the we arrived at night 2:00 PM, in airport we were meted by Mike, hotel owner and taken to a hotel. Hotel are managed by family, and they have a farm in island, - Good location, very friendly staff. 24 hour bar, restaraunt, pool tables, music and internet access.   Well equipped. Breakfast good. Nice Pool. Nice view from our room. It was very windy the days we were there, so we did not go to the beach. But you only needed to cross the road. All family used the gym. Perfect for some days before we went out for island jumping. They were so helpful, friendly , organised & made our stay a much happier & relaxed one as we had a few travel issues.
