Superb breakfasts with lots of choice and extras like the small pancakes deep fried and served with honey and sesame seeds - delicious. Meals in the restaurant were fantastic, again with lots of extras and a new dessert to sample every day. The staff were very well trained, courteous and took the time to talk.   Went with a friend to Georgioupolis Beach Hotel to escape long British winter. Got excellent deal from travel agent, with free upgrade to a lovely pool view - ground floor. Flew with Ryanair from LeedsBradford airport and journey went without a hitch. Met at Chania airport by the Hotel's transport. Accommodation spacious and very well equipped and comfortabl - Location, nice price, friendly staff, suberb view and spacious room and balcony or terras. (At the front of the hotel) They have brand new mattresses of good quality! Not to hard and not to soft. Although start of the season, they had allready filled the pool. The grounds are very well maintained. Free Wifi is available. Maybe not yet in all the rooms. But at the pool and in the lounge/lobby it works fine.
