The staff was great, very friendly, they create an amazing atmosphere. It is really worth to take the time and go for a beer (or two) to the bar. It is budget friendly, and guests are more like a big family there.

was great, the apartment is directly at the beach and the view from our balcony was beautiful. Up the street were several shops, supermarkets and restaurants and plataniás itself is good city to stay in, it's close to the main highway of crete and with car a lot of surrounding places can be easily reached.

Excellent location, close to the beach and still only a short walk away from the centre of Platanias. We had a spacious 1 bdrm apartment with two balconies on second floor. Small balcony off the bdrm on the seaside had a table and chairs. Bigger balcony facing the street with a sideway view of the sea also had a table with chairs as well as two sunbeds and a clothes drying rack. Staff was very nice and helpful but also gave you all the privacy needed.

nice, clean place ... beach staff were great. The hotel was located right on the beach and even though it was quiet (thank goodness), the area of Platanias was like Ft. Lauderdale on steroids! definitely a place for the younger set who wants to party all night!
