Good situation, close to the beach, close to Fira. You need a car to get in and to travel around the island. It's a cute hotel with nice staff. Great swiming pool!
We had a problem with ferry tickets and we had to leave one dat before we had booked, they arrange us the price for the night we booked but not used. Good value!

Where do I start, Samsons village is a awesome place to stay, a real pleasure. The manager John could not do enough for you, a real gentleman. The place was spotless, and the rooms were cleaned everyday to such a good standard, the cleaners were always a pleasure to see. The location ws very good, close to the beach and the bars. I would recommend Samsons village to anyone. About hundred yards from the room was a pub called Dorians, and it is was the best bar around. 2 euros a pint and 3 euros

Firstly, the owners. The hotel is family-run and were very friendly. The owner picked and dropped us at the port for no extra charge. They offered advice on what to do in Santorini. The place was extremely clean and sheets and towels were laundered every day. They also offer a sumptuous breakfast including local stuff. The location is a short walk to the Perissa beach.

He helped us in every way posible and made our stay perfect! He was nice and caring. And the place, nice, cousy, clean.
Deffinitely recomendable.
Good/bad depending how you are travelling, in out of the center so no thousand tourists around! But yes a distance bus. (But you can borrow bikes!)

Small family-run hotel. Very friendly and helpful owners. Allowed us to choose our own room. Very clean and comfortable with kettle and hotplate.
Black beach and restuarants are 5 mins away. Climbed up the mountain to ancient Thira, path just behind the villa.
Regular bus service to other areas eg. Akrotiri and Red Beach.

The hosts, Rula and Costas, were fantastic, providing a free pickup and drop-off service at the port. Rula was more than happy to give advice about where to get the best deals in Perissa, where to dine etc. The room was spotless and very comfortable, and the small town of Perissa was perfect, away from the hustle and bustle of Oia and Thira, with a lovely beach and a great range of shops and restaurants.
