  Great location ( 2 minutes walk to the beach ) and located right in the village center. The cleaning lady was very nice. WIFI signal was very good. Their car rental staff were very friendly.

  Fitst,I liked the location, it's close to the beach(5 min walk)in a quite secluded place, best for a honeymoon trip!   We are a group of 4 Malaysian friends travelling to Greece for the first time and the hostel manager, who we were told to call 'Mummy', really lived up to that name! She was lovely and accommodating, always asking us how she could improve our stay in Perissa. We ordered her home-cooked food for lunch and breakfast for a reasonable price - a real g... what people say » odsend given that many restaurants were closed in the off-peak season of March. The rooms were beautifully furnished and perfectly comfortable for us - The lady that owns this hotel is friendly and helpful! My friend and I had an amazing stay here, and would definately come again. Th enviroment is relaxing and inviting, the food is delicious, and the staff are firendly. Thank you San Effrem for making our stay in Santorini amazing!!

They really took good care of all the guests - helped out with problems, and were just being so kind and sweet. They are really good in englis - Just did a 12 day visit to Greece. Stayed in 3 hotels Hitlon, Oia and Sea Wave. Sea Wave was the best of them. If you want to experience what its really like on the island this is the place to stay. Close to bus stop, grocery store,beach. The owner Mike made sure you had everything you needed. Stavros was wonderful he told us all about Perissa, made sure we never got lost. Our trip to Greece would not have been complete without staying here. When I return to Greece I will definately stay here f

  Small family-run hotel. Very friendly and helpful owners. Allowed us to choose our own room. Very clean and comfortable with kettle and hotplate. Black beach and restuarants are 5 mins away. Climbed up the mountain to ancient Thira, path just behind the villa. Regular bus service to other areas eg. Akrotiri and Red Beach. Lovely quiet area for rel... what people say » axing. Was transported to the port for us to catch our ferry. Would love to stay there again. - The hosts, Rula and Costas, were fantastic, providing a free pickup and drop-off service at the port. Rula was more than happy to give advice about where to get the best deals in Perissa, where to dine etc. The room was spotless and very comfortable, and the small town of Perissa was perfect, away from the hustle and bustle of Oia and Thira, with a lovely beach and a great range of shops and restaurants.

  The apartment was absolutely comfortable and valued the money. The location was abid hidden at first we arrived, but once we were there, it was just so close to the bus stop and the black beach of Perissa (less than 5 min walking). The owner only spoke a few words of English, but it was no big deal. She was super friendly, and we had so much fun t... what people say » o communicate with her. She even bought us water and a small pack of croissant every morning without paying. - Galina's great host! She is so kind and open-hearted, she helped us a few times. We're glad that we met her. Also the beach is so near with the Halaris Studio. It's clean and really nice. There is a lot of bars and cafe, restaurants. Perissa is cheaper than other cities of Santorini. We lived in 10 room and it has a huge terrace. So amazing views around! We leave a knife and some stuff there, so we hope it'll help you. Enjoy! =)

  We have just returned from a super stay in a 1 bed apartment at Villa Markos. The rooms, located in a quiet street but close the beach and main street, were spacious and immaculate and cleaned daily - something we've never had at any rooms we've stayed in before. More than anything though we have to express our sincere thanks to Markos and his fam... what people say » ily for the care, attention, help and generosity they showed to our family throughout our stay. They couldn't have done more for us and we are very gr - Markos and Georgia are fabulous hosts they are very helpful and will do anything to make your stay a happy one. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Our room overlooked the pool and we had a very nice nice balcony..Breakfast was included and was taken by the pool area. Location great for the beach and all restaurants bars and shops. Highly recommended great value for money. Will definitely stay again.
