The hotel has great location in Pefkohori. I came from Thessaloniki and it was an easy bus ride. It is close to the beach and the little town has a great bar scene. We went to Kalithea for the clubs and it is about a $15 Euro ride one-way. Highly recommended for the price and the room is decent. Swimming pool, bar, refreshhments (drinks, ice-cream for children), guyreception.

The place, meaning the Pefkohori village, the location fo the Pelli hotel, the garden of the hotel, the pool, the bar... the staff,. It was the worst hotel I have ever been. It Was not clean at all may from months, all inclusive actually was not all because there were not glasses in the mean restorant no drinks at all, we could only take one drink fromthe swiming bar and in the and of weekend we had stomach ache, nation. Nothing, absolutly nothing.. Horible food, services..Thought the facilities needed some oversight. Our light in our bathroom did not work and our phone line did not work. Besides that, everything was fine. Room at ground floor which we got was not representative for 3-starhotel. Only some of the hotel staff, at restourant and bar, was unpolite(but most of them was ok).there is no satelite tv. Furnuture in the room is very old. Small TV is under celling. Not all staff speask english. Bathroom size is mini - shower almost on w.c. pan.i can not use gredit card. the lack of shampoo and hair dryer. Dirty and small room. caraoke bar in the evening, rooms have not been renewed for very long. The cleanliness: very dirty rooms, dust in the room, spiders in the room, canvas of spider, some holes in the walls. The room had everyhing needed for fair hotel: bathroom, fridge, air condition, TV, balcony etc, but the furniture was very old, not cleaned at all. However, we bought by ourself some cleaning stuffs from a market and we cleaned the room. At the end it was a nice vacation, anyway. this hotel should be 1 star hotel , they don't accept credit cards. ancient facilities, mouldy walls and smell, insects crawling around the room, worst food ever tasted, ...... We were put in a room which was dump.I did not like whathever!. Horible food, services.. The all inclusive package it is not what youwould expect from this type of facility (the romanian equivalent wordfor this type of package is "cantina")... We didn't have any water,neighter cold, neighter hot in the bathroom, no channels on the tv,...=> We had to switch rooms.. I don't have words to describe exactly howhorible it was at this hotel... Pls don't go there.

Information about the area

Pefkohori is at the edge of Kassandra's peninsula (105 km from Thessaloniki) at the same position of the ancient town of Aegae or Pimenis. In1805 the village was burned down by pirates and was then given the name Kapsohora. After Macedonia's liberation, it became a Greek Community and in 1964 was renamed to Community of Pefkohori.

At the beautiful main square you will find local restaurants and stores and will be able to meet the village's friendly and hospitable inhabitants. When crossing the backstreets you will come across the exquisite gardens of the houses with blooming lemon-trees (the main feature of the village), blooming jasmines and a large variety of roses. On your way to the sea you will see the modern tourist side of Pefkohori. A vast beach of 14 km of soft white sand stretches in front of the village . Here you will be able to enjoy the crystal clear azure waters of Halkidiki's hidden paradise.

You can also take a walk in the pine forest, from which the village took its name (pine-tree = pefko). Admire the many perennial pine trees and expanses of olive trees as well as the apiares, from which the famous honey of Halkidiki is produced. Daily excursion with small boats to the other beaches of Kassandra , Sithonia and Mount Athos are available.

The airport is a mere 90 km away and public transport is very convenient as the bus stops in front of the hotel.
