Excellent hosts, on arrival we were greeted by Kostas who made us a coffee and gave us some information on the area.As we were celebrating our wedding anniversary we were then presented with a bottle of wine & flowers that Kostas kindly took took our room on a tray with glasses, a very kind and lovely couple.The rooms are spotless and very well equipped to make your stay as comfortable as possible.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return again one day. When u rent a motorbike, it´s the best place where to stay! From the room you have wonderful view and you feel like looking on Parga from some castle.. :-) You are i a quiet place where u can hear only nature and see it around Parga. And of course.. Parga is best place to go, stays in my heart forever and I´m coming back there many years because there you find a paradise!.
We are a young couple with a 8 month baby girl. It was the first trip for our small daughter.We enjoyed very much staying at this wonderful hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. We consider staying at this hotel next summer as well. We recommend this hotel to anybody looking for a peaceful vacation at a very nice hotel.
Breathtaking view and spacious apartment. The interior is simple but tasteful and there is all you need in the kitchen for a relaxed holiday. One day I stayed on the terrace all day long and enjoyed every minute of it.
The room was spacious, fully equipped and clean in a way that even my wife was satisfied. The view was amazing and Kostas, the owner, kind, friendly and professional. I would recommend it without second thought.
We loved the place. It was very clean. The staff was friendly and Residence La Scala was somewhat 6-8 minutes to the city center and the city beach.

Nothing.....except if you are old or disabled then you would have a problem with all the steps to your room.
Sad to say that the beds are to hard and i missed 100% cotton sheets. One thing I will prioritize on my next trip.
Not recommended for old, disabled people as there are quite a few stairs to reach the room. The view will pay you back, but still...
The road is a bit upward since the whole place is on a hill.
It's a little bit difficult to reach the hotel because it's on top of an hill.

GPS coordinates are not correct, they just bring you to the main road, from where you must continue 500 m, on an access road, very narrow, which fits only one car.
Hot water is just a simple hope.
Parking space is insufficient.
The owner is a kind of easy-going, indolent person.
