Staff, room, location, services. Owner family and the whole staff was really friendly and flexible. We traveled with our almost one and a half year old daughter and got all support and love.We had a wonderful welcome and the Greek owners were so attentive, even providing me with mosquita cream when I was bitten. The hotel Zefiros staff is very friendly and helpful and there exist a pleasant atmosphere even among the hotelquests(!). The location is excellent. The quadruple room (one double and two single beds) on the 1st floor had a huge terrace shared with two other rooms. Hotel´s comfortable and wellcoming restaurant/bar offerd tasty and resonably priced snacks and drinks. The helpfulness and friendliness of John the Manager. Relaxed atmosphere. The fact that it is located right in the middle of 3 beautiful beaches. My hotel room has a balcony with partial sea view, there are also plenty of trees, flowers, and birds. The owners are very kind and helpful.The building is new and clean, has a very strategic position on the sea side. The staff has been very customer oriented. Location. Friendliness and helpfulness of staff. Other hotels have the swimming pool... but do you really need with that sea?. Traffic noise at night. Busy road in front of the hotel. Some fresh fruits or other buffet offerings would make a lovely addition to the greek breakfast served to your table. The hotel is situated beside the main village road of Paleokastritsa and the windows don´t insulate the sometimes occuring traffic noise and early monring`s bird voices from the opposite gorgeous pine trees very much.Hard Bed. No wireless internet.The strategic position has a big concern about the traffic, unfortunately is on the road to the Monastery so too many buses and cars all day long. Steps. Malfunctioning tv and air conditioning.
